This is a really nifty notebook computer. It is a TOTALLY Sun/Sparc compatable machine. It is binary compatable even with the 64 CPU Sun Starfire supercomputer (as long as it's not a 64 bit program :). And with it's two ethernet ports and two modems, it's one hell of a router! A Sparcbook FAQ is located at www.unixhub.com/SB-FAQ.html

This notebook has a 110Mhz MicroSparc-II CPU which complies with the Sparc v8 spec. It has swappable hard disk drives. I have a 4G disk with Solaris 2.5 and Softwindows95 (Yes, this machine can run Win95), a 2G disk with Solaris 2.6, and a 1.2G disk with an experimental version of Linux on it.
Here you can see all of the ports on this thing. The ports are ethernet/AUI (using a mini-26 connector), printer, video out (can use _both_ internal and external displays), Fast SCSI-II (mini-50), keyboard, serial A & B, 16 bit stereo in & out, ISDN, and a 14.4 fax/modem.
